Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with paid platforms, a data-driven mindset, and a clear understanding of regional audience behavior.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
● Drive high-quality leads and conversions while maintaining cost efficiency
● Create and test multiple ad creatives, copies, and audience segments specific to Tamil Nadu
● Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives
● Track key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
● Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
● Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to improve campaign results
● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans
● Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid ads
● Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
● Experience in lead generation campaigns
● Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
● Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager is a plus
● Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
Preferred
● Experience running region-specific or vernacular campaigns for Tamil Nadu
● Knowledge of Tamil audience behavior and market trends
● Experience in education, healthcare, or service-based industries
